Alcohol kills gains. It's only for party time, really.
I'd rather not be a fatass just because some schwarzen nagger told me to drink beer
Boomers on beer diet is always hilarious to see
Fat, round bellied golems
Also wouldn't be surprised if 90% of the beer on the shelf isnt even beer but waste products made drinkable
The anti-beer neets on fit always give me a good chuckle.
Post body.
>dude just sleep 4 hours a night so you can lift after working construction omega grindset >dude drink beer not milk
friendly reminder that anything arnold says is terrible advice unless you're on gear your entire life
I did t drink for like a year or two then I reconnected with some friends and started going out on the weekend for a few weeks and it absolutely raped my gains. Every week you spend half the week getting back to where you were. I think it's easier when you're younger but as 29yo boomer it is really not worth it at all. All my friends who drink regularly don't lift any more and are starting to get fat
even a few beers on a Saturday makes me subsequently lazier, less motivated and genuinely has an effect on my performance. I'm not sure how long you've been daily drinking but you might be surprised at how much of a difference it could make if you didn't
>how long
Years
The more you drink the more you tolerate alcohol. My friends who've started to drink less over the years complain about brutal hangovers, and blame getting old. Those of us who kept on chugging get mild hangovers or none at all. I get "drunk" to where the next day is a write-off once or twice a year.

I read his bio and he's a little embarrassed now by his psychological demoralization. It was aimed at his rivals but now just seems silly. He even states he barely drank at bars and was there for fights and women.
>I read his bio and he's a little embarrassed now by his psychological demoralization.
This itself is psyop bullshit to manipulate his public image and try to stop others being aggressively competitive >It was aimed at his rivals but now just seems silly. He even states he barely drank at bars and was there for fights and women.
Arnold is a literal boomer and he is all about projecting his epic idea of manliness with me epic stogey and le bar fights and sexo. Back then beer was mr manly. The truth is he is a power seeking sociopath who is deeply self conscious and ego driven. Don't listen to a word he says. You get a better picture of someone from what others who know them say
>He’s embarrassed
Meaning he is an old man and wants to be sees as gentle grandpa. Spielberg was embarrassed by cops having guns in ET. He and George were embarrassed by the violence of Indiana Jones. Kevin Smith bitched out earlier than normal. Ed Boon embarrassed by how aggressively he trolled moms with Mortal Kombat. Cliffy B embarrassed by Gears toxic masculinity, Randy Pitchford embarrassed by all his boomer shooters that were sexist and homophobic. Men who lost their balls/edge and fear falling from the mountain.

what the fuck
I'm not askin a dude to stay a weird edgy asshole his whole life but to be EMBARASSED about shit you were up to, esp when it's this fucking tepid? Why!?
wait nvm these guys are public figures and they crave acceptance more than they desire to live life for themselves and their loved ones.
>Paying to shrink your brain and fucking up protein synthesis.
Literally what is the point

Not enough protein in beer
That's why you need to drink a lot of it.
I need my calcium anon. Why do you want osteoporosis? Are you an old lady?
Alcohol kills gains. It's only for party time, really.
Occasionally drinking a beer will do nothing to your gains

Drinking regularly is incompatible with getting drunk regularly.
You have to cut yourself off at a buzz and you'll be fine.

don't forget that he openly admitted that he used to give bad advice on purpose
Is goatmilk better than cowmilk?
He’s got a point and the homosexuals itt crying about gain-loss is exactly who he’s addressing in that statement.

These are good points worth considering

Alcohol is poison, bro
Wtf?

Why not both?
For me? It's wine
