I recommend you buy shirts a size too big and tailor them yourself with a cheap sewing machine. My personal experience with slim fit tshirts is they don't last long after a couple of washes before being too small for you.

It's called wash cold and air dry laid flat (this has the benefit of minimizing if not eliminating the amount of ironing you need to do).

Can’t go wrong with this. Fabric is stretchy and tight fitting around the shoulders and arms but loose around the stomach. Pair it with jeans and some nice boots and you have a solid outfit for spring, summer, and fall.
