2plate, i dont feel any pump in anything above 1plate+8 reps min so im not trying to progress heavier weights
15kg minimum resistance, can go up in the 30s but i dont feel any pump above somewhere like 24kg
surprisingly significantly stronger in barbell curls but i dont like it
