Yes, idiot. Put the fork down, fatty. Move your ass instead. There are no cheats, there are no shortcuts. There's only your empty plate and hiking shoes.
>eat less
No. Eat nothing. OMAD, then 48 hour fasts, then 72s, then work up to long dry fasts once you have the balls for it. I lost 100 lbs in 7 months without trying very hard. Fasting works, faster & better than anything else I have ever tried.
Tongkat Ali boosts testosterone levels, and increased testosterone helps burn fat and build muscle faster. That's the only legitimate supplement with studies behind it that I think would work. There's a study showing it boosts tests levels by 36% in the subjects that took it. It makes my libido really high so I know it's doing something.
The other way to burn fat fast would be cutting down on carbs and upping protein intake. Also intermittent fasting can also help a lot. Basically only eat carbs before your workout and mainly just protein for the best of the day.
The legal stuff basically just work as mild appetite suppressants with very mild increases to resting metabolic rate >caffeine, green tea might have mild benefits independent of caffeine itself >EC stack (if that's available at all in your country)
I'm not the biggest fan of intermittent fasting (the negative effects are glossed over by the cultists) but it's good for fatties to help them eat less and help with metabolic issues most have.
Adderall and ritalin work even better as appetite suppressants but are prescription only
Avoid 'fat burners' and other garbage like the plague
>I'm not the biggest fan of intermittent fasting (the negative effects are glossed over by the cultists)
Please elaborate on the bad side of intermittent fasting. >t. First week of IF
It raises the stress hormone cortisol which lowers testosterone, lowers thyroid functioning and IGF-1, is worse for muscle protein synthesis. Weight loss by itself causes these things too and so do many other things they'll insist are essential for more weight loss. Fasting for longer and longer isn't inherently better no matter how much they will at this point insist anyone and everyone should be doing extended fasts for multiple days. There's metabolic benefits existing at just 14:10, lower than the 16:8 which is treated as a minimum. If you're very overweight the potential for easier weight loss probably outweighs the negatives but you want to minimise the negatives by incorporating reverse dieting instead of endless extensive severe caloric deficits for many months at a time, not using caffeine on an empty stomach, not doing fasted cardio, not doing extended cardio unless it's simple walking and continuing to eat carbohydrates, minimising other stressors in life.
Most people on /fast/ have no idea what they're doing and talking about, got into fasting within the last 1-2 years if that and have a panic attack and starve themselves of even more calories when they "gain" weight from finally eating something because they can't comprehend something as simple as glycogen storage.
the damage to testosterone, thyroid and metabolic rate functioning from just the excessive, extended caloric deficits + fasting can last for months while also requiring the regain of bodyfat%
Some form of reverse dieting or maintenance periods are essential for weight loss via any form. You're telling your body it is no longer starving via leptin signalling which restores metabolic rate and prevents other issues.

I am the anon that you are quoting. Thank you for explaining this to me, it makes sense on my experience. I am currently in a long maintenance period to recover from a year-long cut, can you give me any further tip? I am still doing IF because I am comfortable with it, I guess that it doesn't matter that much if I am eating at a maintenance, right?
stop eating shit is 90% of weight loss. also dont count active calories towards your calorie limit for the day
α-yohimbine increases weight loss during fasted cardio. nictotine and caffiene in low doses regularly throughout the day - keep it consistant, raise your resting metabolic rate slightly and appetite suppressant.
as said green tea might work a bit better but its not gonna make that much of a difference. only really recommend caffiene and nictotine off the bat bc theyre cheap but if you want to cut fast then from what i know this list checks out pretty well
giga autistic anon here who spent over 10h on every supplements on this list, those are proven to work supplements for weight loss, both legal, pharma drugs and illegal-ish.
Starting from safest:
1l green thea per day
ALA
caffeine
berberine
synephrine
theanine
green been extract
chromopicolinate
NAC
yohimbine hcl (not if you have high blood pressure)
L-carnitine (to associate to a temporary vegetarian diet imo, related to the TMAO issue)
ECA stack: proven to work, but there's a small increase and chances of pituary gland tumors due to prolonged ephedrine use, as well as prolonged aspirin use causing stomach ulcers
pharma grade stuff/experimental:
metformine (DON'T get long release stuff, it's carcinogenic)
sibutramine
tesofensine
sr9011(so far side effects free, but too young of a drug to be 100%safe)
5-amino 1mq
BBins style drugs:
clenbuterol
Albuterol/salbutamol (way safer alternative to clen imo)
ketotifen
I'll make a post later in the day probably to each and every supplements with the reason for it

Because DNP is illegal, it only comes from the black market, made by some guys in their own home labs. It's not tested, it's not verified. DNP is naturally loaded with toxic minerals. And getting it to 100% purity is practically impossible, which is not taking into account that DNP itself is an incredibly toxic substance, minerals or not.
I once got a bad batch of DNP that legit nearly killed me. That's not a figure of speech, I was literally in the ER, practically in my death bed because of this shit. Even though at that point I was already experienced with it, taking low doses (250 mg), and keeping in mind the half-life window of 36 hours, all that shit.

>>High protein, low carb diet
What's your definition of such a diet and what are your macro ratios, calories and amounts of carbs/protein/fats? I'm not a fan of LCHF/keto but this type of diet is even worse if you don't also have high fat content.
Slides 1, 3, 6 for the testosterone effects but that's not the only problem
Half of one of those big ass kielbasa you can buy at the store for breakfast. Some days I cook up 2 eggs and 3 bacon instead for breakfast.
For lunch, either kielbasa again or chuck roast with potatoes and onions.
For dinner, whatever I or the wife feels like making, again with emphasis on protein and greens.
For beverages I drink water, water with some lime juice, or whole milk
I'm not counting macros and shit because I'm not a total fag.
You are losing a lot of water weight, so expect a plateau and prepare to gain half what you’ve lost back once you stop the crash diet and eventually recover, but good job for the consistency, and good luck friend. Also don’t become overly focused on the number as much: 2lbs a week is amazing, and it won’t royally fuck you over with electrolyte imbalances.
>I'm literally losing a pound a day dude..I'm 50lbs overweight
been there and done that and i can tell you it's a ton of water weight. you will stall at some point, usually after 20-25lb lost.

>water weight
From fasting, I can tell you that when I was 300 lbs, food in gut + glycogen + "water weight" totaled about 10 lbs, which I lost basically immediately (~4 lbs per day until it was gone, then slowed to ~1 lb per day). If he is staying hydrated, i.e. drinking water at all, then "water weight" is irrelevant, because his body will keep its water content floating around equilibrium.
>2 lbs per week is amazing
No. 2 lbs per week is garbage compared to anything you'd accomplish by fasting. Progress that slow is not sustainable.
DNP is the only thing bordering magic-tier, the only thing that will make a tangible difference. But when the LD50 is the ED50 x2, I wouldn't recommend desperate retarded fatties self-medicate with it. Other than DNP, most things are truly supplemental in nature and the resulting metabolism boost is negligible. I think clen is like a 10% boost, ECA 5-3%
Ephedrine, caffeine and I add yohimbine if I'm going to be fasted for extended periods of time (it only works fasted). DNP is amazing but you really have to be careful and the sides are ridiculous. Be prepared to not do anything because it zaps your energy like none other and whatever you do, do not do it in hot weather unless you're by an AC constantly. Drops pounds like magic but should be a last resort because sides are really intense

holy fucking shit did you guys think maybe shit that like keeps your metabolism up and helps you not lose as much muscle would be useful

Be prepared to not do anything because it zaps your energy like none other and whatever you do, do not do it in hot weather unless you're by an AC constantly. Drops pounds like magic but should be a last resort because sides are really intense

holy fucking shit did you guys think maybe shit that like keeps your metabolism up and helps you not lose as much muscle would be useful
all I know is caffeine and taking in protein helps, is there like noting else that can boost the metabolism and help maintain muscle? you gays constantly chase after supplements and shit and would eat a donkeys ass if it meant you would get more gains
>he doesnt eat donkey ass
ngmi
>ice water and celery
I've heard some plebs say celery is negative calories because of the energy it takes to digest
same with cold stuff and being cold - it takes more energy
