STOP EATING LARGE MEALS

ANY LARGE MEAL WILL SPIKE GLUCOSE AND INSULIN AND TAKE YOU OUT OF FAT BURNING. EVEN A MEAL OF LETTUCE WHICH IS PRACTICALLY NO CARBS/PROTEIN

THIS IS BECAUSE EXPANDIG THE STOMACH CAUSES A MASSIVE HORMONAL CHANGE.

nagger it's literally some random person on a forum in 2009 posting some data from an experiment with a sample size of 3 (all done on 1 person, themselves, so not double blind) with no peer review and no proof of anything they did. It then shills some israelite doctor's diabeetus cure book further down.

    >The 6 grams of carbohydrate and 3 grams of protein could be expected to raise blood glucose by perhaps 3 mmol/l. But the lettuce meal raised blood glucose by over 7 mmol/l above the corresponding fasting level. The difference (4 mmol/l) can only be explained by the Chinese Restaurant effect. A significant amount of insulin is required to cover this and maintain stable blood glucose.

Yeah but any state with sufficient energy will do that. If you eat too much you'll gain weight, whether it's across a day or in one big meal. Any differences are rounding errors.

Don't eat so much and you'll lose weight. If you're too far, eat less. If you're still not losing weight you're eating too much.

Meat only, about 1:1 fat to protein by weight. Eaten whenever you are hungry, only as much as you need to satiate.

Actually a diet of red meat only is nutritionally complete. Meat has vitamin C. Also the need for vitamin C is lowered when you don't eat carbohydrates.
