Can't you just eat a chicken breast, a 3-4 scoop protein shake, whatever you'd normally eat, idk a sandwich or an omelette, and just add a frozen pizza or burger a day? I don't see how you're struggling to get enough calories unless you're really short

I’m 5’10. That sounds pretty close to how I eat. I just don’t like feeling full as fuck all the time. It’s miserable. Also I miss feeling light as air and being able to jump high.

I get that. I've kinda moved on from amateur bodybuilding and gotten really into fitness and calisthenics. I like having really good fitness, martial arts, and having practical strength, while not chugging down protein shakes. If you can achieve one handed push and pull ups, you're also pretty strong already. The strength of human beings lies in stamina, not brute strength.
