over a month ago I was holding my door open while sidestepping to reach a rock to prop it open with. but just taking that little step to the side I immediately felt something SNAP at the inside of my thigh. it still hurts.

idk meng I smashed both my wrists, scraped my forearm and knees landing wrong on a 14ft jump on my bike. I'm 29
iktf. It was cold last week, my lower back went stiff for no reason and been hurting ever since. I didn't even go outside.
lmao 33 years old, like 2 months back i literally just stretched before getting out of bed like i always do and i fucked up some nerve in my neck and couldn't look left or right for 2 weeks
LOL try playing sports as you get older. My knees and shoulders are perma fucked. If I play basketball or volleyball more than two days in a row I can't walk the next day
Of you get any of those "adult" injuries you're a fat retard.
>Of you get any of those "adult" injuries you're a fat retard.
Being unfit but not fat works too.
I screwed up my upper arm near the shoulder from sleeping for ~4h in a fucked up position two days in a row. Took a week or two to get mostly normal range unscrewed. Full range took a few more weeks of physical therapy exercises.
The sleeping position was completely abnormal though. Not something you'd end up in even if you passed out drunk.
I think I injured my shoulder because it would get a shooting nerve pain after my last lifting session if I was doing an internally rotated pushing down motion like if I was getting up out of my chair, but now it's fine after two days. Might've just been a pinched nerve or some sort of local inflammation
Is there any exercise that works the area you injured in your current split?
>inside of thigh
think I would have to do the thot leg closing machine. obviously I won't do that.
Was talking about this with a friend. You hit 25 and shit just starts going wrong. I'm gunna take up pilates or yoga or something just to counteract it I reckon
Also I think I need a firmer bed every morning I wake up sore
I tried a new lift I've never done in years of training and my mid back has been fucked for weeks. Hurts to breathe or extend arms infront of me, any load in my arms is atleast mildly painful. I can still train but I used to recover from back injuries in 2-3 days despite being 340 lbs back in the day
Your body is a machine, if you do not preform maintenance, it will break down.
>slip and land on my left pinky
>pinky is bent at the first joint
>go to a doctor who says it's not broken and I don't have to do anything
>the pinky permanently bent 2 years later
>fall asleep in an awkward position
>wake up with my left wrist hanging totally loose
>think I had a stroke and panic
>go to a doctor, she says it's saturday night fever, prescribes some vitamins and tells me to go to physical therapy
>they connect some electrodes that make my wrist move by itself and then launch some bullshit laser that probably doesn't do anything for 2 weeks
>can move it just a little after a week or so and fully regain the strength after about 2 months
>left pinky
*right pinky
>saturday night fever
*saturday night palsy
You need to sacrifice some gains and become a functional nerd obsessed with mobility if you want to avoid that.
You don't even have to sacrifice any gains. You just need to do some stretching, work on your posture, get enough sleep, and eat a healthy diet.
>uncontrolled bp for most of life
>intracranial hemorrhagic stroke from fap at 38
>now I have weird/very painful spasms on the back of my neck when I turn my head to look and squeeze a zit on my side ass.
