    You have an hourglass figure because you still have fat to lose. You may be .5kg overweight according to bmi, but that means nothing if your body composition is low muscle high fat.
    Fixing it is actually simple, but you need the discipline to actually do it.

    Eat .7-1.2 grams of protien per pound of lean body mass.
    30 minutes cardio every day.
    Basic lifting program like ppl 6x a week.
    Eat at a slight deficit, like 250-500 calories max.

    Do this for 6 months and you will look fine.

      My diet is fish and poultry only, lots of beans, fruit and vegetables, a good amount of nuts aswell as milk and yoghurt and honey. No red meat, no wheat or rice, no sugar or sweets or other carbohydrates so losing weight is no issues i think. I have been training on and off my current regime was supposed to be 50 pushups, 50 situps, 3 minutes of planking, various core exercises aswell as at the gym running atleast 6km each day and random shoulder and strenght applications at the gym mostly focusing on upper body.
