So...how much should I training per week? I see a lot of people saying, 'Hey anon, you should just lift 3/4 times per week,' but at the same time, the gym teacher tells me to lift 6 times per week. I am confused about it

Depends on your objectives and how much time you want to put in.
Also depends on how much time each session is.
Basically how it works is it would be more optimal is you trained 1 hour 6 times a week, rather than 2 hours 3 times a week, even if you just put the same hours in both situations.
In the end, it depends on your schedule and how much time you can do consistently.
Some people prefer volume oriented workouts where they work ou 1 hour or more 6 times
a week.
And others prefer more intense workouts and therefore don't work out as many days.
There's so many ways to go about this that work, but as long as you're going to failure enough times each week for each muscle group, you're going to se results.
That's the bottom line.

Exercise 6 times per week, durrr.
Lift 3-4.
Depends if you're isolating different muscle groups each day or if you're doing a full body routine.
Different muscle groups each day

i love it how 3-4 times a week is nowadays "just". 10+ years ago that used to be the absolute upper gymcel limit. I mean sure it was pretty common at the same time but 3 times a week, AxBxCxx, gentleman split chest/tri, bi/back, shoulder/legs. That was it. Or you know full body whatever.
Its absurd how that 6x a week has been normalized by roidtrannies for natural lifters. Like fuck I remember when my friends lifted once a week and there was basically no difference in physiques compared to now. If something all these Sam Sulek watching dyels training super hardcore 6 times a week look worse. Smaller and weaker than 10+ years ago. It's seriously crazy, the increase in effort and time for basically zero ROI. I guess it's to do with the male loneliness epidemic. People just wasting their lives away at the gym. And I get it if you genuinely love training and you are not lying to yourself it's fine to train often but you are probably lying to yourself. Look into finding new hobbies, social circles, improve your career etc. Take it from a 13 year lifter who is a complete loser and gymcel. The last place you should want to be at is the gym. It's good for maintaining health and so on but it shouldnt take more than 30-45 minutes couple times a week. And literally everything else should take priority over it.
It's because steroids are the new normal.
Remember that boxers in the 50s and 60s worked for like 8 rounds per day. In the 80s? 20 rounds. Now? 30 Rounds and more.
Steroids are the new normal, but nobody is talking about it. It' just one of those things in the modern world.
just because your dyel ass can't recover from working out 6 days a week doesn't mean everyone can't
I've made my fastest gains when hitting the gym 6 days per week
