when blacks lie about roiding they always pretend that they don’t even try hard and don’t give any effort at all
        >nahhh brahh i never set a foot in the gym
        >i only eat candy all day a

Every single time people are put in a metabolic ward (food intake entirely controlled), their fat loss/gain is predictable.

Nice, do you know if there are any people who don't like in metabolic wards and have to account for things like decision making, perceived energy levels, and external pressures about eating? Dumbfuck? Some reddit shit when you ask if CICO is a biologically useful paradigm and you get dragged into a conversation about the physics of energy.

A pro athlete that works out everyday has room in the caloric budget for candy. This doesn't 'disprove' anything.

I'm gonna refer to dat nigga I saw in a Ronnie Coleman video.

"You can't train like a beast and eat like a bird and expect to get any gains"

Again, that isn't an argument, just anecdotal non-sense. You can lose weight eating only McDonald's and Twinkies if you stay under your TDEE.

Losing weight is not the fucking same thing as getting ripped like in OP's pic you absolute nagger homosexual.

The OP asked if CICO is real. You're schizoing about getting ripped. DK Metcalf is ripped and eats candy.

Again, you haven't argued against CICO in any way.

EVERY pro athlete is taking steroids to compete at the highest level. No exceptions.

One of the WSM athletes said he eats a lot of candy. Turns out, pro athletes exercise a lot and the only way to eat the 10,000 calories they need is to eat sugar because it isn't filling.

on roids you need huge amounts of carbs. that's why Mike Mentzer always says to eat 60% carbs a day.

That's just a typical bodybuilding diet. Even as a natty you would eat 50-60% carbs a day.

He wasn't just eating junk food. He competed in college football. They give them a meal plan and force them to go to the cafeteria to eat real food.

CI can be directionally useful in some situations, but at the end of the day a simple physics measurement doesn't translate well to human biology.

    It doesn't: account for:
....macro/micro nutrient profile, including the array of essential amino acids & fatty acids.
....hormone response, ie how much insulin your pancreas has to release to deal with the type of food you just ate, leptin, grehlin etc..
    ... bio-availability of nutrients
    ...immune system/inflammation response
.... and about a million other things.

In the grand scheme it's a fools errand to track calories & it breaks down in the real world, especially long term.
