Ground beef, rice, potatoes, random fruits, eggs, milk. I shop mostly at Aldi and Publix. I eat mostly red meat with eggs, a bit of dairy, and fruits. I spend about 85-95 per week for 3000 calories. ~210 protein, ~180 fat, ~100 carbs. No micronutrient deficiencies. It’s definitely more expensive than it was but it is doable. You can also spend probably about 30 less but I try and get grass fed stuff so it’s more expensive.
