/fit/cel pajeets won't like it but:

Men are upperbody dominant. Women lowerbody dominant.

Majority of retards here overdo their legs and end up looking bottom-heavy, looking disgusting in clothes, like a tranny. You should focus more on your upperbody, specifically shoulders, which are the biggest muscles on your upperbody despite what you've been told.

But it doesn't mean that you shouldn't train your legs, especially if you're some skinny lanklet. Majority of manlets that played some sports or walk a lot or bike a lot, pretty much don't need to touch them though. You might end up with legs that will damage your chances to find any good looking pants on your fat ass.

tldr: switch Legs to Shoulders and Arms

I wouldn’t say majority overtrain their legs. Majority of natties who legitimately work out hard, maybe, because they’ve been mislead by retarded starting strength type stuff on the internet

you should work out legs, though, for posture, mechanics, and health. You just don’t need to obliterate them or hit them twice a week. Nobody gets huge legs by accident, even in your case. They’ll just look better and less flabby if you work them moderately

That's why strength programs are retarded. Who in his right mind makes a program where there is a week where you do squats twice per week and chest once?

No natty male lifter ever got big and looked good without training lower body.

There's literally no reason to avoid it. Just the body composition control and overall structural benefits alone outweigh any nonsense about looking "bottom heavy" that this retard advises.

That's why strength programs are retarded. Who in his right mind makes a program where there is a week where you do squats twice per week and chest once?

Such a routine would be perfectly viable you retard. It comes down to progressive overload. If you're going up in weights/reps it doesn't matter whether you do chest once or twice per week.

If you want to look athletic (like a real athlete, not like a powershitter or g4p bodybuilder) you'll make sure your legs are slim but powerful.

Lol. Klitchko is 6'6 and 250lbs and a wolrd champion boxer. He would rape and kill your little rugby player. Also, ask a woman who has a better body. It ain't gonna be the t-rex fag.

You know it's not literal, but you're arguing in extremely bad faith if you're trying to claim that physique on a 6'6 frame looks gay.

I actually didn't want to argue who looks better. Just commented that athletes in different sports have different physiques and some of them have fucking massive legs obviously.

        >If you're going up in weights/reps it doesn't matter whether you do chest once or twice per week.

Chest is a small muscle, it needs less time to recover compared to legs, if you train deadlifts on one day and squats on teh next with some complementary exercises that's more than enough. Techniqually you'd train legs twice a week that way, but doing squats twice a week is simply retarded when neglecting upper body

          > Chest is a small muscle, it needs less time to recover

As an early beginner with perfect sleep, life balance, and no stress, youre right. Not as an intermediat-advanced lifter who has other stuff going on in their lives.

bullshit, legs are the easiest thing to train and grow because of how easy it is load them. Anybody training legs more than once a week is retarded.

Holly retard how do you even come to that conclusion when both men's and women's legs are stronger naturally than the upper body by virtue of being the bigger muscle group

        Anonymous

Not him but women have proportionally 80% of the lower body muscle mass of a man, but only 50% of the upper body muscle. That's why women can squat and deadlift some decent numbers for their size, but they're absolute shit at bench press and pullups.

So women have weak upper bodies thus men are upper body dominant despite their lower bodies still being stronger

Women are upper-body dominant compared to women, yes. There's a reason women are attracted to wide shoulders, big arms and big chests etc, while men look at a woman's ass and legs, you stupid retard.

Holy fuck you are stupid. Yes, legs are stronger than the upper body. However, a man's lower body is only somewhat stronger than a woman's (relative to height and weight), while a man's upper body is much, much, much stronger than a woman's. That's why we say men are more upper-body dominant and that's why women are attracted to a man's upper body, not a man's legs.

Sure. You could do maintenaince leg work, or none to see how you retain them.
Maybe do arm, abdominals, or shoulders.
Those tend to respond well to extra work.
You probably could use bigger calves.

You have the lower body and you have no upper body, you got a problem building...wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have the upper...you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, the upper body, it is easier to build. So if you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body and you don't have the legs, you got a problem building the lower body... No, you don't understand. You have the upper body, but you don't have the lower body, you got a problem building downstairs. You got the up- legs on the bottom, it is easier to build on the top, so you don't have much as a problem. Yeah.

It depends on actual muscle definition ans not just fat distribution, you still want your lower body to be strong as well.

Legs don't matter much, leg day should be once every other week, focus on upper body, arms and core
