Scientifically speaking, do short girls make short sons?
Let's say I'm 190cm and female is 160cm
Would our son be a mantle?
Also, what's the best triceps exercise?

Your son would be a mantle. Best tricep exercise is diamond pushups
I read that diamond push ups fuck your wrists. Is that a gainz-gobbo lie?
Avg of your heights
v-neck t-shirts? seriously?
I'm in a similar position. Wife is pregnant and hoping for the best.
It greatly depends on which gens you son will inherit. I have the gen of tall height but she doesn't. So I guess it's 50/50.
Besides that, nutrition and level of activity is extremely important. So despite what he gets, make sure to commit to a good diverse nutrition with lots of protein and lots of exercise, sports and outdoors activity.
t. physician
also, good luck with that on focus on his health in general, cheers
is there a way to find out if our child is going to be a manlet before it transforms into a human? so that we can abort and try again.
>Scientifically speaking, do short girls make short sons?
Depends. A big thing in body size is the age of the father. old Dads (especially >40) lead to smaller children. If her father was old when she was conceived it could overshadow her genetics a bit.
Also nowadays children will often grow larger than their parents (both of them) because they can get more/better food.
t. Mom is 165 cm, dad is 175 cm, I am 180 cm though my dad was 40 when I was conceived. Just gently try to get your kid eating clean and it should go fine.
Well you can do prenatal diagnostics to exclude the harsh mutations, but this only really excludes things like trisomy 21.
Give him some high, my growth was stunted (5'7) by Ehlers Danlos. I was supposed to be 5'10 - 6ft. I took hgh and mk677 and luckily I gained about an inch and a half and my shoe side went up from a 9 to a 10. Took it for a year.
What if I'm 173, my gf is 170 and her dad is about 185? My dad is like 175 btw
182~185
King of manlets
im this
dude.
179.7cm average for boys, 166.5cm average for girls with your given heights
>Scientifically speaking, do short girls make short sons?
absolutely. height is very well predictable and most important factor is midparental height. that said, you being 190 does very likely prevent manlets.
boys: 45.99 * 0.78 MH
girls: 37.85 * 0.75 MH
yes its centimeters. 95% for +- 10cm
in your case that means:
boys: 172.5 - 192.5, 95%; 182.5 on average
girls: 159 - 179, 95%, 169 on average
im at the gym in like 10 minutes, throw me heights of you and your partner if you want your child height calculated. or do it yourself, its everywhere
Me: 186
Her:183
sons: 190 average, 180-200 95%
daughters: 176 average, 166-186 95%
also remember height is bell distribution, so in way too simple terms: +- 5cm is like 75%
your sons are quite likely to be huge
The strongest indicator of height is highly nutritious fat content for children.
Both my parents are sub 5'10 and im 6'1, as long as the genetics are there somewhere in the family theres a chance, but it goes both ways. One manlet really does ruin the genetic pool, pick a tall woman so you maximise the chances of taller children.
If people's height was an average of their parents height everyone would be the same height.
If you're tall, your son will likely be taller or as tall as you.
Your daughters will probably be as tall or taller than your wife (sex outside of marriage is a sin).
However you must remember that genetics is only half of it, your wife's diet during the pregnancy plays a big part, as does nutrition and affection.
Exercice won't change it either way.
Christ, this has to be the worst version of the self improoover I have ever seen. 90% of his actions do nothing for his health, abilities, status or anything else of benefit. 500 alarms on his phone reminding him to put it down? This is just another lost zoomer who had one Jordan Peterson video too many recommended by the Youtube algorithm. Try this one:

Is height genetic? If so, then yes.
chances are you will be fine my mom is like 162cm dad was 182cm and I'm 182.5cm and my brother is 193cm
Yes. To get her male equivalent height, add about 5.5" or 13 cm. 160cm female = 173cm male
Your sons would be on avg (190+173)/2= 181.5cm tall (5'11)
This method gets more accurate the more of her and your family members you include, as you or her could be an outlier in the family genetics
Of course it's matters, at the same time it's somewhat of a gamble one son might be very tall while the other turns out below average. Not something to worry about, your son might also be born with deformities or get ran over by a truck on his 4th birthday. So don't worry about something trivial such as height.
my father is 6'1, my mom is 5'3. i'm 5'10.
my dads 5’10 and my mom is 5’1 and i managed to make it to at least the same height has my dad. my brother wasn’t so lucky he’s like 5’6 or 7
