It's because the Irish spent their entire lives fighting, and in terms of sheer aggression and dominance; very few other cultures can compete when it comes to boxing.
fury has a 6'8 height and a huge reach. He is built for boxing. He actually incorporates feints, footwork and some higher level techniques like hand traps. Sugar hill has also taught him framing while in the clinch, as well as using weight transitions to throw punches and land big knockout blows. Tyson is also ambidextrous (can box either conventional or southpaw) which massively throws off his opponents. None of the plodders in the heavyweight division can do any of that because they're all just taught to be aggressive by coaches that dont really know that much about the mechanics of boxing. Tyson fights more so with his head than most of the division and knows when he is losing a round and how to claw it back.
Usyk has shown that having actual high level skill to match high level physical ability means you can walk all over most of this heavyweight division, which he has. Usyk is beating people literally 20-30kg heavier than him due to that massive skill difference. Tyson is similar in that he is the one eyed man in the country of the blind. The heavyweight division has never been this unskilled before imo. As heavyweights have gotten bigger, stronger with bigger reaches and heavier punches there seems to have been a loss of knowledge that was still intact even in the 90s (partially because these bigger guys would beat the best 90s boxers through sheer physicality and rely on it.)
Top guys like Joshua not even knowing basic boxing fundamental stuff like your lead foot being on the outside of a southpaw's when you throw your right hand (one thing that lost him the usyk fight) someone like fury can come in and clean up shop. Fury isnt unbeatable imo, no boxer is unbeatable. He is good but Otto Wallin beat him and was robbed. Cruiserweights have knocked him down before, he has weaknesses. I think Usyk would beat him.

boxing is a mixture of physical attributes (some of which people are born with) and skills that must be taught. You have to have both to be a hall of famer. And the latter has to be taught young.
The best coaches in the world are not the best boxers in the world. And vice versa. Look at cus demato, look at Emanual stewart, sugar hill. None of them were world champions. They coached world champions though.
Most heavyweights these days have the first ingredient. But not the second. Just because i have boxing knowledge of what to do and certain skills in the ring, doesnt mean i can implement them or do them under pressure against another boxer. Because boxing is physical. It takes training to be able to perfect a right hookmto be conditioned enough to be able to throw one when you're exhausted, for that right hook to have enough power to actually do damage. Knowing to do it at a certain time is only half the battle.
Heavyweights in the past had both. But heavyweight is an unlimited division, they have been steadily getting bigger, heavier, with the smaller guys getting beaten via physicality by bigger, taller guys with more power and similar atheltic ability. But that only works to a point and people like usyk and ruiz jr have proven that physicality can easily be overcome when the skill difference between the two boxers is vast.
Most heavyweight boxers today become great IN SPITE of their trainers. There are a lot of snake oil salesman in boxing and once someone gets a champion under their belt they are suddenly seen as an authority. But the truth is the boxer under them probably would have been a champion anyway. Look at ben davies for example. The guy knows fuck all about boxing and Fury did actively worse under his training than under sugar hill. But he is still seen as an authority in boxing simply because he had fury under his wing. You understand now?
