Have tried it on some iron bars that were on schoolgrounds, its not extremely difficult position to hold for a while, it requires specific training and lower ab strength.
It isn’t even comparable on bars, on rings your weight is constantly pushing the rings out and away from you. I would reccomend trying it next time you walk past a calisthenics park or something. See if you can stop and count to even “one Mississippi”

I can do all of these except for the 2 minute iron cross (you would know how far that one stands out of you weren't a dyel). It's easy for me because I lift. If I didn't lift and just did calisthenics basics like you then they would be difficult for me and I'd be a dyel like you.

You have ~2.5 good exercises (headstand should be supported and DYNAMIC) and one that's not so good. There's also no hinge OR SQUAT which is really fucking stupid.

Unironically, this is the best exercise list for starting calisthenics.
in regards to metabolic health, your legs and glutes are far more important since they contain the largest insulin sensitive muscles in the body. Training legs is essential for your long term metabolic health, far more essential than your upper body.
That being said, SS and rippletits are retarded and they are retarded precisely for the reason I gave, they don't metabolically train people. You'll get bigger insulin sensitive muscles with SS, but you're not training your mitochondrial / lactate utilization since SS is purely for strength. With muscle alone, you reduce your all cause mortality by about 3.5x, with endurance you're going to reduce your all cause mortality by over 5x
By endurance you mean over 30 reps or just over 10?
putting an exact number on it isn't that useful because everyone will be different, but in general over 10 reps.
Since muscle is correlated with longevity, hypertrophy is also a good thing to have, and afaik pure strength isn't really correlated with anything. With hypertrophy and endurance you will develop a large amount of strength as well, so it's not really that worth it to maximize strength.
Powerlifting is a good way to injure yourself, especially in older populations.

Endurance is going to make your heart pump while also training your muscles. You're going to be taking advantage of both aerobic and anaerobic systems.
