Eggs are actually necessary for your health

Red meat is also extremely nutritious, it's loaded with B vitamins, zinc, selenium, potassium, carnitine, carnosine, creatine, high-quality protein, healthy fats, and more. Eat ya meat dingus

true about the oil but even hq meat (esp red meat) in low amounts still

Nah, nothing wrong with eating 8oz+ of red meat. Gotta rack up those important nutrients that you only really get from meat (mainly carnitine, carnosine and creatine)

Seed oil isn't bad. It's cooked seed oil that's bad. Flaxseed oil is good for you.

Why not use coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, butter, or ghee instead?

Essentially creates a plastic-like film in your digestive tract (which is why it's used as a wood finish)

Idk abt that chief. No need to be misleading abt this stuff. The truth is that it is easily oxidized and can lead to mitochondrial inefficiency (including in the pancreas). Thats due to the double bonds. And the process that makes it increases the likelyhood of oxidation because its made with high heat.
