why would i stick with a beginner program for any longer than 2-3 months kek, i just need something simple to force my chimp brain to get used to going to the gym at 7am every day and to get the bare minimum amount of muscle before i can start doing proper routines
yea SS is fine for noobies. People get too hung up on perfecting their routine when really u can make dramatic progress on any program with a decent amount of compound lifts starting out. I don't do SS but I've done GOMAD and just lifted with relatively random programs switching it up throughout the years and look great. Put the effort in you demoralized clowns, WAGMI.
The program is alright, just needs the addition of some light accessory work. The diet this guy prescribes is fucked tho don't bulk that hard believe me
