        yea thats kind of why I want something that i'll reasonably stick to. some say that a bro split is ideal for beg's as it's the easiest/most fun and people tend to stick to it better and be more consistent, I think there was a study that showed the most common routine for guys with bigger muscle mass was a bro split, as it's all about consistency

    Anything idiot enjoy noobgainz. I'd do high volume training until I built strength and then do anything. Personally I recommend only doing bodybuilding routines because no one cares if you're strong. Good time to start tracking your diet, shooting for 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and like 2-5 grams of creatine. Focus on the diet, make sure you're hitting every body part 2x a week.

    Depends on how much time you have, how dedicated you are, how many days you have in the gym.

    I did an upper lower split centered around doing 5x5 of squat bench and deadlift adding 5 lbs every week until I couldn't. I also would do accessories until my arms felt like they were gonna fall off. Just go in and get a sick pump and have fun. Don't take it super seriously for the first year or so as provided you're doing your compounds and increasing weight, you will grow.

    If you have trouble sticking to a routine, just do exercises that you find fun. My wife wanted to bench press when she first started, so we did that. You don't really see results until the six month mark anyway unless you lifted before. I always say that if you can get to six months and see your body, you'll never want it to go away. The only people I ever see stop are ones that only lift for pussy.
