Redpill me on vitamin c supplements fit. I asked someone to pick me something up and they got me 1000 mg with rose hips and some other shit. Im reading its not good to take this much. Whats the facts??

    Vitamin C supplements are really only useful if you cut yourself and need to speed up regeneration.

      Ahh then i wasted my money. Whatever it was like 7 bucks or some shit anyways. Ive been taking collagen supplements with my protein shakes every day. So i figured adding in vitamin c might help

        Well, it has a nice orange flavor to if you enjoy citrus. Still, you could always just buy citrus. Maybe if you're out at sea for a long time you could supplement Vitamin C so you don't get scurvy and every wound that you've ever received undoes itself.

    There are supplements with natural source vitamin c. You want to avoid ascorbic acid, it will deplete copper.
    Copper is also needed for collagen production, healthy skin and blood vessels. Supplementing collagen is a scam.

      I take a multi vitamin and eat tons of beans. I think i got copper down but ill look into it. Redpill me on why collagen is a waste of time. Ive read some what and it makes sense. That collagen is high in glycine and proline. So its good to be high in those amino acids.

      Unpopular opinion, but boiled and drained broccoli is good.
