Pills never work for me but the liquid versions are great. Start small and dont use too much or you will trip balls in your dreams.

Thanks to homeostasis they'll work to help you get to sleep for one night every three months. Only effective as a PRN.
Most are probably too much. 0.3 mg is probably ideal for regular use.
They help with sleep but people don't really understand the best chronic use of melatonin (if any). I'd only use it to deal with jet lag
