    the only thing you have to worry about is excess iron consumption, unlike most minerals/elements, you do not excrete iron , so if you have too much you cant get rid of it easily, iron is only lost via bleeding or your skin shedding

    increased iron levels lead to greater oxidative stress and damage, effectively you age faster. other than that there is no evidence against red meat and saturated fat.
