A small number of herbal teas could potential boost test, but they're dwarfed by the number of estrogenic ones. In moderation most of that stuff is neutral or good, as long as you buy at least mid-range loose teas (teabags are poison and the cheap stuff is swimming with pesticides); don't overthink it.
