Might start making huge batches of iced green tea (no sugar) to sip through out the day, will this be beneficial or negative to my gains?

Sip it in morning and finish at least an hour before you start eating. It does have some anti nutrients that affect iron absorption and I think calcium.

There's multiple studies that say it's a healthy beverage but I dislike the taste. Also be careful of drinking it late because it contains some caffeine

this fat tranny who would drink litres of it a day and wear a fitness watch and say that because they had an elevated heart rate that they were losing weight lol they decided to bulk on 7000 calories when they were sedentary and couldn't do a push up I assume this is the fate of all green tea drinkers

    >BRO DOES X INCREASE TEST
    >NEED TO INCREASE TEST
    >DON'T DO THAT BRO IS DECREASES TEST
whats with the testosterone obsession, everyone knows 1) increasing or decreasing test temporarily has 0 impact, especially if its in between the 300-900 range, and 2) test is often a symptom, not a cause of most low-test issues (e.g., obesity and/or sedentary lifestyle is the root of the problem, decreased test is a symptom)

I'm a /tea/ type of guy. If you know what you're doing it's good because of all the antioxidants and inflammatory reducing effects

What's the argument for it increasing test? I drink a lot of tea so I'm curious. My favorite tea is rooibos, you should try it, it's delicious and full of good stuff.

It's one of the healthier things you can drink, but don't expect miracles. Benefits come more from preventing damage to existing bodily systems than generating new ones. A small number of herbal teas could potential boost test, but they're dwarfed by the number of estrogenic ones. In moderation most of that stuff is neutral or good, as long as you buy at least mid-range loose teas (teabags are poison and the cheap stuff is swimming with pesticides); don't overthink it.

it will lower your test, but it will make you burn a lot of fat that makes you produce estrogen, pick your poison, you can just stop drinking tea after you get lean enough

No clue but it fucks my digestion up a lot less than coffee and I don't crash as hard from it either. Makes me feel calmer but focused, though I don't know if any of this has to do with some inherent property of green tea or just the lower caffeine concentration. Still love me coffee but I can't drink it every day like I can with tea.

    Makes me get nauseous.
    It's probably the bitter tannins.
Also the highest food source of fluoride.
I'd rather chew on a wild raspberry leaf than drink green tea.
