Realistically how many lbs would I need to cut to look good?
I don't want 6 pack, just to look decent and still be able to eat the food I like.
Also, woman are not my goal as I have a gf already, just want to look in the mirror and not feel like shit

You and I have the same body type basically 5'9 220. Built like a brick shit house. I got sick and dropped 15 lbs and only did light training, and I began to have most visible muscle definition. Try cutting to 200 and see where you're at. The lower you go the less muscle you will have, so your barrel chest will look weird as fuck if you dont have the extra mass to fill it in. I deal with the same bullshit

I'm 5'8" with a similar amount of lean mass and am currently around 176. I look lean but still easily have a ways to go before I have what I would call good definition, hardness, and visible abs. I think people at our height with close to natty potential muscle mass can get down to 150-160 easy in order to be ~10%bf
