Recently meats been grossing me out. I think it’s just because I’m buying the supermarket stuff and I don’t trust it. Getting 180 grams of plant protein sounds incredibly hard though and I don’t want to troon out from the onions

chicken is inexpensive and good quality meat, given that you dont buy literally the cheapest shit and even then its probably only pumped up with some water
its also environmentally friendly since farming chickens uses substantially less resources than pork/beef
its versatile, make some sandwiches with mozzarella, tomatoes and pan-fried chicken
make some thai curry with all the veggies you want + rice etc
i dont spend money on cheap pork or beef anymore, rather just buy chicken or good quality meat from my local butcher, everything else isnt worth it

Eating cheap chicken requires you to have no morals

Have you considered dairy? It's easy to hit protein goals with a vegetarian diet + milk/cheese/yogurt.

Add peanut butter and you're in bulk mode. 8g protein per cup whole milk, 7g protein for 2 tbsp peanut butter.

You're not getting actual protein from vegetables.

Grow up you cultist soft subhuman and eat like Human ancestors did before Satanic israelites rapes Human nature and started feeding you cattle poison.

Yes, but it’s generally much harder and requires very careful planning if you’re trying to lose weight because of tighter calorie to protein ratio.
I like tofu and related fake meats but usually I don’t even bother because it’s just easier and cheaper to live off chicken.

        >Getting 180 grams of plant protein sounds incredibly hard though and I don’t want to troon out from the onions
Humans don’t magically start to respond to phytoestrogens as they do to estrogen because they have similar name, it’s not even a steroid.
If anything, they’d be good for you because they can bind to estrogen receptors without actually doing anything.

try a pack of tofu per day. it's going to digest better than a lot of other options. but ultimately you still need animal sources.

To sustain basic life? Yeah probably. Humans are pretty great at making use of things to stay alive. To be active and/or grow, probably not without some specifically yam derived hormones.

Lentils and beans and other legumes are your best bet.
Onions has a lot of protein and choline but a bad reputation.
Most if not all fitness influencers showing off their high protein diet use pea protein or somw other protein powder.

basically yeah, vital wheat gluten with l-lysine is the cheapest protein source you can order but vegans don't even care about protein, it's a globohomo ideology

lentils need a source of l-methionine to complete a protein

Yes, but you're gonna have to eat beans all day like some kind of human-cattle.

I made it through age 21-24 eating basically nothing but chips and coke every day with some sandwiches. and tacos (homemade to be fair) 3 days a week. The human body can make do with pure garbage. Didn’t even go above 180lbs

    enough protein? sure
enough complete protein with a proper composition that's favourably disgested by your body? sure but might as well have a nice day with how much food you'll have to eat

I've been a pescatarian since I was very young. Taste and smell of meat disgusts me. I never understood this protein meme. You have so many sources if you go autistic with it. Tofu, tempeh, seitan, mycoprotein, spirulina, lentils , beans, legumes in general and others and you can still eat eggs, cheese, dairy. I eat like 3-4kg of cottage cheese per week because I find it delicious.

I make my own Saitan once a month and put in the freezer. It's a fun procedure and basically pure protein. It's very versatile and cheap.

You can only get the protein from animals to get enough of these amino acids
And all 9 have important functions
Some of those 9 you can get from plants, but you would have to eat either really concentrated plant (a tablet) or a lot of that plant.

Short version, different proteins come from different sources. There's not just one protein that fixes all of your dietary requirements.
We're omnivores for a good reason.

            >Yes they can.

            >Well, it's not complete protein!!1

soibeans are a complete protein but most ppl here don't want the estrogen
wheat and lentils make up a complete protein with the least amount of unwanted compounds
            pic partially related

No it was always about amino acids, you were arguing with retards while being a retard yourself.
Your average gymbro knows fuck all about nutrition, about as much as a vegan.
However, gymbro knows meat equals gains and so consumes meat, thus receiving the vital nutrients.
Vegan needs to supplement. So if anything you should know a lot more than you currently know about this.

The goal posts never shifted. You're just a stupid vegan.

    Vegetarian is possible
Milk and eggs can hit those essential amino acids and as long as you supplement iron should be fine.
Being a vegan is stupid and harmful.
It's nearly possible to get all the amino acids you need from plants and fungi.
