The closest thing to OHP and Bench Press at the same time in bodyweight training, as well as the pinning movement in wrestling is the Hindu Push Up, for Hindu Squats its similarly effective, toe stand, squat and swing in one. Great stuff from the Indian/Persian Folkstyle wrestling.
