Dips give me a skin splitting tricep pump and my OHP hasn't improved in like 8 months so fuck em

I only do 4.

in the order that I like them.
I only do two accessories too.
I know its you 10x10 you cant hide from me
I'm not trying to hide, I'm the only poster that always posts body to back up my autistic choices.
pullups&chinups >> ohp > bench >>> squats >>> deadlifts
>deadlift
The best lift. Works your entire body. Can put tons of weight on. Mogs people with loud noises
>pullups
No better feeling than having control of your own body. Easily mog others by doing more than 5 or having good form. Can attach weights and feels even better when you're adding 45lbs+
>dips
Same as pull ups but for chest.
>bench
It's whatever. Your average lift. There's nothing really fun about benching imo. You do get to mog people once your numbers break 200.
>squats
Really shouldn't be this low but it is. It's too demanding on your body. Once you do squats your other lifts will take a hit and good luck trying to do squats last. But they do feel nice and putting good weight up is always something to be proud about
>OHP
Shit lift. Shit progression. Barely works anything. Delts can be trained using any other method for better results.
>shouldn't be this low but it is. It's too demanding on your body
Yet you put deadlifts first, not realizing that deadlifts are FAR more difficult to recovery from. Ask me how I know you're a retard dyel.
Because deadlifts are actually part of your main workout on back or pull day. Squats are typically just a side thing unless you do a full leg day, which is for fags and girls.
>Squats are typically just a side thing
That guys retarded but I do get what he's saying, I'd rather fatigue the shit out of my CNS hitting DL PRs or heavy reps than burning out ATG squatting close to my 1rm. Not that I do that and he's still retarded but I get the idea.

only the first 3 are important
1. Weighted dips. The most pleasant and objectively most aesthetically

exercise to ever exist.
2. Pullups (not weighted because I've bulked too much like a retard)
3. Deadlift. Picking things up is cool.
4. Squat

5. Schwungs are cool and I like them more than OHP

satisfying chest pump, if you do them weighted people look at you like a mutant

It ain't much but it's honest work
>bench
satisfying but you need a spotter to go heavy and I'm too autistic to ask anyone
>deadlift
Super fatiguing and if you're not feeling exactly 100% that day you can forget about getting heavy work sets done at the weight you were hoping for
>pullups
Agonizing, they always made me nervous beforehand, I only ever did them for the mogs/mires, but ever since I've gone back over 200lbs they've gone to shit for me and it bums me out
I love black women
