MY right shoulder fucking hurts any time I pull my arm back past a certain point. I can't do OHP, I can't do bench without failing on that side. It kinda clicks and aches when I rotate the arm. Any ideas on what might cause this and is there anything I can do to fix it aside from not doing any upper chest exercises for ______ period of time?
