The amount of people that think they're health warriors and present themselves as experts because they eat some microwaved corn bits is so infuriating to me. Especially when they're suggesting "weight gainers" on a budget infograph. Fucking retard
For starters quit going to the grocery store. If you go to a butcher shop you have to find a cheaper one. Ones specializing in frozen meat will have the best prices. And buy frozen because for some reason it's the cheapest. You can get a box of frozen turkey that'll feed a family of people or 25 bucks. For eggs you can find farmers selling them cheap. A lot of them you can just drive to their farm and buy 100 eggs and it'll be cheaper than having them delivered.
I'm in 'Murica but I've noticed that while chicken and beef prices are sky high, pork and fish are still pretty cheap. Hope the same is true for you, leaf.
6 nice lean pork tenderloin cuts for $7.00 at the grocery store. 2 lbs cod for $12, etc. Liver is also super cheap.
Cancuck here, I've been relying on the wonton noodles you can get at Freshco. A pack comes with 4 portions and according to the label its like 16g of protein per portion. I usually eat 2 portions per meal along with ground beef or other cheaper meat.
