half cup uncooked white Rice, steam that up in 15 minutes, 3 eggs scrambled, salt and pepper on the whole thing. BIG GAINS boi.

How do u deal with the phytase? I don't know if it's placebo but oats make me feel nutrient deficient the next day (dizzy, confused, tired)
pro tip: mash the banana instead of chopping it
