I am taking primarily in a fitness sense. Lecture style content instead of 11 minute "lifestyle guru" bullshit preferred.

All of my most valuable life lessons I’ve learned in books, not in YouTube videos

One of the most valuable lessons is that you shouldn't waste time looking for answers in youtube videos or even books. Just get out there and do things. Take action, that's the best way to learn and grow.
>bro just don't learn things
Fuck off retard.
Jesus Christ, did you actually think this was a good post?
>bro don't learn form for compound lifts just do it
>bro don't learn proper nutrition just eat
>bro don't learn how to build habits just live
Here you go, this is what you need
I'm 6'4
The truth is that you will never find a 'perfect video' that will fix your innate laziness. That's why you should stop trying.
Also fuck you gay retard for continuously posting some milf that you're too young to fuck anyway.
I'm not OP you dumb moron
I broke you by exposing your gay platitude and now you are scrambling to pick up the pieces because you jumped into this thread and projected some generic dumbassery for a thread not about whatever gay thing you were talking about. OP explicitly mentioned to post educational content not in the vein of self help garbage that you consume like a loser!
I recommend closing your browser before you seethe more from your unequivocal defeat.
not that anon, but if its not a targeted question its a stupid thread and what he's asking for sounds exactly like entertainment self-help style slop that is consumed through one ear and flys out the other
Some things I have learned that changed my life.
1. There is never a perfect moment for anything, and waiting for the "perfect moment" is just procrastination and/or fear. Whether it's kissing a girl on a date or starting an exercise routine, there is no perfect moment.
2. Most things in life are not as good or bad as you expect.
You don't need that. Find a simple program and stick to it.

I'm going through this micro econ course now, the professor is good. Ton of other courses in the course catalog as well if economics isn't your thing.

Hate it or love it.
Fear is the greatest obstacle to learning. But fear is your best friend. Fear is like fire. If you learn to control it, you let it work for you. If you don’t learn to control it, it’ll destroy you and everything around you.

With fear you have to deal in this way. Get a chair and take a sit in lions mouth. Say, I'm here mf. Let peaces fly where they can.

Realising that people that you have contact with have profound effect on your life and success.
Your frequency is what you frequently see. Take action to eliminate anxiety. You standing in your own way.
It's not your circumstances that are holding you back. It's your flawed perspective on life. Life happens for you not to you.

Real reason why rich people want they kids to go to prestige schools is to make them 'rub off' knowledge and hobbits of others successful people kids. This kids have knowledge that was pass to them over millionaire kitchen table.
Get knowledge from practitioners.
The School of Life Youtube channel.

Absolutely hate that channel. Pretty much all their content are pseudoscientific theories that are not based on any scientific data.
Every other YouTube link in this thread is a better way to spend your time.
Honestly the best advice I ever got was "thou shalt not leave thy dishes to soak". Apply this principle to other aspects of your life. You're welcome.
