Been watching this dude since day like 300 or something. One of the best channels on YouTube. I squat 3 times a week and have hit some good lifts despite being interrupted by sports related injuries over the years. Tore my PCL in January this year and then my LCL in may once I came back to play. Then recovered from thst and started squatting again, was able to go right back into 3 plates + despite taking months and months off. bw 210. If you squat every day, there’s a lot of overuse stuff that happens especially when combined with jumping sports but if you’re a younger athlete training a few times a week it’s not a bad idea to incorporate squats multiple days per week. The problem is this guy does way too many sets for a week.
It's tragic, he's in a prison of his own making. Of course you shouldn't squat every day, or if you do just do it for like a month then move on. But he's done this for such a long time that missing a single day would break the streak and would be psychologically devastating. Fucking brutal
I might do a deadlift every day YouTube series. But unlike this dork I'll fraudmax it. I.e. I'll actually film each days video on one day once per week and just use enough fake weights to give the impression of progress. That way I can lift like an actual normal person but still rake in paypig dollars by building a cult of personality around myself as the guy who deadlifts daily
You could start from the bar only, and work upto 600lb or something over the course of a year doing fake progress, and then become known as that guy who got a 600lb deadlift in 1 year by deadlifting everyday
Not sure how you'd organise a bunch of different fake plates that look legit though, problem is that its pretty easy to spot a fake deadlift by how the bar moves, faking a squat is much easier
Does he actually squat everyday? What happens if he goes on vacation, does he go to a nearby gym or just do body weight squats? He has never hurt himself in 1400 days to the point he couldn’t squat?
>spaghetti again
It's actually 'every day' not 'everyday'.
Squat plug is inserted wrong.

why is he doing it? he would unironically make better gains by just squatting less.
he just likes squatting 200+kg 7 days a weak. that's a form of gains in itself.
His legs must be as hard as motherfucking rocks.
Have you seen his legs. He only squats 2 pl8s and has tiny af legs

Ivan is based. What he said about transgenders has earned him my eternal respect.
Is this guy Balkan diaspora or an actual Australian with the worst accent I've ever heard?
> actual Australian
Does Ivan Djuric sound like an Australian name to you dipshit?
Old Vanno? G'day Jurry, hows she goin Vanno mate? Love the lad. True blue australian.
original aussies didn't even have names, just numbers. later on the made up their own names like how american naggers did.

Ive been considering doing this as a workout just to see what the results are. Very low volume daily deadlifts.
Make sure you change your outfit
Actually high IQ surprised nobody has done it yet
