Fyi, I've lost 70lbs via diet alone. My Dr. Wants me on it to balance my A1C until I lose the rest.
If you don't count calories on this stuff, you'll overeat and wish you were dead.
There's a lot of bullshit talk about these drugs and I have a lot of experience with them. If anyone has any legitimate questions about them, I can share what I know.
I don't know how much he's using. He says he's just using what the doctor told him to. He was also on something else before ozempic that was suppose to be basically the same thing, and it was making him violently puke all day as well.
Why did you ask this question with a dick in your mouth?
I am fat because I was abused as a child and a pedo like you stuck his dick up my ass on top of all that. I use food as a coping mechanism and my only means of self-comfort.
I am not a shill. I posted this thread to offer anyone who's interested my experience on the drug so they may make informed decisions, not to entertain you pedos.
The biggest downside is if you eat too much, which accounts for the vast majority of people on YouTube posting videos of how horrible it is.
You MUST learn to count calories and macros, thus pointing you to better eating choices and avoid eating too much. I also highly recommend eating smaller amounts throughout the day as well, which will help avoiding eating too much at one time.
On Ozempic, the worse experience I had was when I upped my dosage and didn't pay attention - I didn't think about eating and actually failed to eat enough! So I felt sick and hypoglycemic. This lasted a couple days and died down as my body got used to the higher dosage.
I can say I had a better overall experience on Mounjaro, but I'd recommend either.
needing drugs to cut isn't fitness
learn put the fork down dumbass
