Vaccines before COVID were MLVs and similar. Either weakened living viruses or dead ones, created in order to train the white blood cells on that virus.

The COVID shots are mRNA shots that alter the RNA (parallel to DNA) of the recipient and were not tested before they were released. There is massive censorship of any discussion about any inconvenient facts about it and there was an immense pressure on people to take it. All this to protect us from a virus that was made in a Chinese lab, and that Fauci gave taxpayer money to fund research on, especially how it can be made to have additional function. And a virus that didn't kill the oldest living person in the world: Lucile Randon, a french nun born in 1904. She got it in early 2021 and died in late 2022. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucile_Randon

          >The COVID shots are mRNA shots that alter the RNA (parallel to DNA) of the recipient
You say this like it's actually altering the person's genetic code. mRNA, messenger RNA, is laterally just the biochemical instructions for telling your cells to make certain proteins. There's no RNA "to alter" because RNA is transcribed from DNA.

None of what I just said matters, though, because you're a schizophrenic conspiracist arguing in bad faith.

RNA has a short as fuck half life, doubly so if it's getting translated

It's supposed to have a short half life but vaccine MRNA was found to linger in brain tissues for weeks after vaccination. How long they possibly could we don't know because the study was ended after 8 weeks IIRC

it doesn't alter RNA, it is RNA which is just a sequence of genes copied from DNA that instructs cells on how to build proteins. It literally just uses your body to assemble the spikes instead of assembling them outside the body and then injecting them. Once the RNA has broken down, it's not going to be assembling any more spikes.

You shouldn't speak on subjects you're unfamiliar with, you Dunning-Kruger recipient.

No vaccine is 100% effective. Literally zero. Some are certainly extremely effective, like two polio vaccine doses are 90% effective. Conversely the flu vaccine is even less effective than COVID vaccines (far less, actually). Similarly, most vaccines also require boosters periodically to stay effective, while others do not (most notably MMR).

Measles is on the other end of the spectrum as the flu or COVID. Measles is an extremely stable virus, hence why you can acquire a lifelong immunity from the MMR vaccine. Conversely, viruses that constantly mutate will also need constantly updated vaccines.

No skim milk is for dick sucking homosexuals. The 60 extra calories per 8oz you save vs drinking whole milk is not worth the massive loss in taste. If you can't spare the extra calories or you're afraid of fat you need to rethink your diet

There are already plenty of adverse effects coming into light. One of them is that you need to stay on the drug for the rest of your life, as your body stops producing the hormone the drugs imitates.

This isn't because carbs make you fat, its because low fat diets suck for vitamins and minerals. Shit like carnivore works because meat is nutritionally dense. That's the important part. Lifting on no sugar sucks once you start getting older if you still do high intensity.

I'm an early intermediate lifter currently just trying to get out of a recovery hole and heal an injury, so I'm on sedentary maintenance calories. 2160. Just for sitting around doing nothing, walking about as you normally do. If I train, my maintenance is nearly 2800, and it was higher before I got injured since I can't train my legs at the moment, so I lost a lot of lean mass there.

If you're in a surplus on 2200 you're either not lifting or you're an absolute twig. A chubby but strong guy actually making gains is way cooler than a skinny twink who is obsessed with maintaining his tiny and lean physique forever. Learn to plan for the future.

Most people, which is what that chart is referencing, are sedentary.

                Anonymous

Gee, I didn't know I was going to recieve such high praise! Cardio? Never. B) Well sure I do some, but I'm not some star athlete. I plan on being one in the future, but I'm just a guy. We're not talking about cutting here, and people who are undermuscled should be bulking when they're not too fatty. Even so, you should lift when you cut, unless you wanna lose tons of gains while losing way less fat. So someone my weight (low 180s) at 30% bodyfat instead would be eating around 2500 calories for maintenance while training, so likely 1700-2000 calories WHILE CUTTING. Imagine that.

You shouldn't go by certain unhealthy standards just because they're the norm. What's the norm is killing people or otherwise depreciating the quality of their lives. It's good to get a lot of nutrients in, to burn more and take in more.

Lmao if you really think your average American is only eating 2200 calories per day. Don't know where you pulled those number from but they are not even close to being accurate.

The NHANES survey is widely known to be inaccurate, but USDA data of per capita food availability paints a similar picture; calorie consumption leveled off 10 years ago, while obesity kept right on rising.

Ozempic has really bad side effects and makes your face look shit after taking it. Normies will literally do anything to lose weight other than exercise and eat healthily (or just reduce their goyslop intake at least)

well weight loss isn't as simple as diet and exercise. Not trying to defend fatties, but its not a simple process. It takes a long time and there's other factors other than CICO.

Civ really would benefit from having more ways to wage indirect warfare. Having a population health mechanic that affects military unit effectiveness and can be attacked through Tourism, expanding the effects of spreading Religion, being able to debase someone's currency and end a golden age prematuely like the US did to Japan. All without even breaking alliances.
