Breakfast consists of eggs etc. ~20/30g of protein
Dinner 300-400g of Chicken ~80g of protein
Where else do you guys get your protein from? I don't use protein shakes and still need around 50g of protein which is quite a bit.

Milks not for human consumption, and I am lactose intolerant (Whey Isolate bloats me a bit). I also dont like the fact there is pus in milk which is nasty af and put me off any milk produce, even cheese/yogurt.
>Milks not for human consumption
Oh so you're brown. Microdose raw jersey milk then and soon you'll be lactose tolerant. This has been done with literal morons so it definitely works
>I also dont like the fact there is pus in milk which is nasty af
It was pure awesome before, and it can be after.
>ewww gross
There's acceptable amounts of rat turds in cheese, roaches in coffee, ect. Accept it and move on as normal.
>the only food in the world intended by nature to be food is not for human consumption.

hold up, what's wrong with carrots and what's wrong with broccoli?
asking because I agree with your other points.
manmade vegetables, they don't have any seeds.
none of which I consume, enjoy your pus filled milk which is extracted from cows which are full of inflammation.
Being able to drink Lactose is a mutation, which is why many people can drink milk from a child but as they get older get lactose intolerant as the body rejects it.
I drink almond milk with my shakes because they have no carbs
>manmade vegetables, they don't have any seeds
That says nothing about their quality or why you think they’re bad.
Chicken are also bred to lay higher quantities of eggs and the contained nutrients can be controlled depending on the feed.
>kelloggs
Stopped reading
It has more protein and less carbs than the weetbix I was eating before, plus it takes longer to eat so higher satiety
currently eating 12 eggs a day and a big bowl of rice broccoli ground beef plus some extra food here and there mostly candy
you actually don't need another 50g protein a day, that idea comes straight from "studies" paid for by the protein supplement industry.
you get 100+ g of protein which is going to be enough unless you're 100+ kg at a low bodyfat %. the g/lb rule is a decades old scam.
>that idea comes straight from "studies" paid for by the protein supplement industry.
Show me which ones.
show a study that supports the insane 1g/lb claim and there you go, funded by whey companies directly or indirectly every time.
So neither one of you know
Why correct someone if you don't know either?
So you completely made it up? have a nice day you gains goblin
I add canned beans to salads. Plenty of protein especially since I'm on a poor student budget

if you're looking for specifically something to do the same thing as chicken breast but taste better, try pork tenderloins. they're super lean & also have the benefit of generally being cheaper than chicken breast. easy protein and tastes so good.
Ground beef is king
I drink a gallon of cum a day, really fills out my macros.
Beef organs. Beef heart in particular is cheap and fucking packed with protein. 1 pound has over 120g protein and a little over 20g fat
how do you prepare heart
soja flakes but unironically
they cost ~$2.50 for 500g/a pound in my country and have 40g of protein per 100g
400g of skyr is 44 grams of protein
I like making burger patties from fatty beef on a pan. Not sure how healthy it is to eat regularly though.
100g of halloumi and a bagel is 30g of protein
