Old 38 year old boomer here. I just wanted to bitch and moan about how easy it is to get fat when you’re older. I weighed myself at the beginning of May and saw 195lbs and it scared me (6’ tall). So I said fuck it and went on a 25 day water fast and dropped to 168lbs. However, I’ve slipped off the wagon again since the end of my fast and weight myself again and saw 188lbs. Keep in mind I am sedentary and have very little muscle, so 188 is a lot. Fuck me.
I'm your age. It's not that hard to get in shape. I do martial arts and calisthenics. You're just a lazy tub of lard.

My fat friends always talk about how they need to exercise more while they shovel processed garbage cooked in seed oils down their gullets, they'll simply never outwork their bad eating habits. If you embrace eating clean as a lifestyle you'll never need to look at a scale again.
