    Train absolutely nothing but biceps, abs, medial delts. . . and do like 1 set of push ups to failure.
    If you're fat trying to get to this eat less, and do cardio to increase your deficit.
    This dude probably started out skinny and just added 1 scoop of whey and an extra snack to his daily intake to account for the 20-30 minute routine he had with the cheapest set of adjustable dumbbells money could buy like 3 days a week.

    If youre skinny just eat alot more, try to eat clean but in my experience you dont have to do a super restrictive diet. I eat around 3-3.5k kcal but I also walk 10k steps a day and train around 3x a week PPL

    It's not as straightforward as just not eating. You build a solid foundation of muscle first and THEN you don't eat to shed all the fat. Gotta keep lifting as you do that, or you lose muscle. Inevitably you lose your strength though

    Bulk until the fat you need to lose to get down to the low end of your bodyfat percentage range (10% for this goal) takes 60-90 days to get to with your setup for cutting, cut down to that 10%, then repeat. Each time, you will be bigger, stronger, and look better. You don't really need to go this lean to start with, mind you.

    More or less just bulk and cut.

    Bodybuilding routine (you can't grow abs and arms like that without training then directly). I trained abs first every workout for a few months and then got a stomach virus which stopped me eating properly for 2 weeks. Went from having barely visible abs to defined six pack. I'm starting to lose it a bit as I gain weight again
