If youre skinny just eat alot more, try to eat clean but in my experience you dont have to do a super restrictive diet. I eat around 3-3.5k kcal but I also walk 10k steps a day and train around 3x a week PPL

Achieving a specific build is done more reliably through body building rather than trying to replicate their routine because your insertions and benefit from doing the same things may not be the same.
It's not as straightforward as just not eating. You build a solid foundation of muscle first and THEN you don't eat to shed all the fat. Gotta keep lifting as you do that, or you lose muscle. Inevitably you lose your strength though

Bulk until the fat you need to lose to get down to the low end of your bodyfat percentage range (10% for this goal) takes 60-90 days to get to with your setup for cutting, cut down to that 10%, then repeat. Each time, you will be bigger, stronger, and look better. You don't really need to go this lean to start with, mind you.

I trained abs first every workout for a few months and then got a stomach virus which stopped me eating properly for 2 weeks. Went from having barely visible abs to defined six pack. I'm starting to lose it a bit as I gain weight again
