OK, no meming. If you are currently 350lbs+ with a body like this, what does the marathon to getting to a healthy weight and body look like? What is the entire process, nutrition, workouts, cuts, bulks, sleep. How many years, realistically, would it take to get to a healthy weight sustainably?
tl;dr This guy signs up to be your client; What's your plan?
Strap him in my cellar then leave him there without food, only coming down so he can drink water and vitamins.
Only letting him back out when he's back to twink 'cado
Not sustainable. Requires second person effort.
Not specific. Only 5 days per week. No macros. Weekend are cheat days, wtf?
> Carbs
Fuck off.
>he thinks carbs are bad
Ketolard
Eat less, lift weights, some cardio.
Repeat 4-5x weekly for life.
See results in werks, be normal in 3-4yrs minus loose skin. Incorporate skin routine from day 1 religiously to minimize flabby skin.
Potato Diet
It looks like clawing tooth and nail every single day for the rest of your life will be a struggle against your demons and your past mistakes. Good luck, you’ll need it, there’s a reason why 99% of people fail hard.
t. Guy who topped out at 350, cut to 150, back to 250, cut to 200, back to 220, cut….

Even this looks like success next to the alternative. Post your diet and routines.
> 100lbs in 4 months
> over 6lbs a week
> literally requires starvation+
OK that's not sustainable.
I have kept off that 100 lbs for going on 4 years now.
I have gained about 20 lbs since then, but during that time I also lost 1.25 inches off my waist, so it's hard for me to objectively say that's a fat gain. Like I said, it takes a paradigm shift. I don't look at food the way I did before I lost weight.
The only way to sustain weight loss is to have the willpower to change your thinking and behavior. The other guy you replied to did not do this and that is why he is yo yoing. It requires a significant amount of mental fortitude, or in my case, nutrition autism.
Why would it have to be sustainable? Once you're down to 165 you pivot to eating at maintenance, it's not like you want to drop another 100lbs after that.
i went from 270 to 165 in about 4 months, it just takes a complete shift in how you view food and your dietary habits.
>105lbs in 4 months
>cut 3000 cals/day for 4 months straight
No you didn’t, bud.
Cut sugars
sleep good
get sun and lift so the previous step is possible
Why bother, so much irreversible damage already done.
Extremely simple but it requires willpower that almost no fatties are capable of. The fattie simply needs to lose ~700,000 calories to reach a healthy weight. He simply cuts at a minimum of 500cals/day on average using his preferred dieting method. Any of them are ok so long as he manages to reach that amount. Low impact exercise should be done immediately and regularly at least 3x a week. Once fatty has fallen under 300lbs, weight training should be added to gain some muscle. In approximately 4 years, the fatty will be a normal weight and if he keeps up his weight training and gets surgery to remove his extra skin, he will be stronger and better looking than most men.
>Low impact exercise
Please list suitable exercise types.
> Weight training should be added
Why can't weight training begin immediately? I understand body weight, but what about dumbbells, or bands?
>Please list suitable exercise types.
I was specifically referring to walking, but anything that isn’t going to damage the joints or ligaments is acceptable.
> Why can't weight training begin immediately?
It could, but the fatty will probably already be exhausted from his lifestyle changes. Like I said above, any amount of exercise that doesn’t permanently damage the body is great. What he’s doing and when doesn’t matter too much, so long as he is doing it consistently while losing weight.
I'm 6'1" and I went from 275lbs to 140lbs in 6 months by biking 3h every day and eating around 1500 calories.
My highest weight was 310lbs.
Do not do any exercise yet as it will wreck your knees. Eat a low carb diet for 3 months, will lose 50lbs easily. Now start just walking outside or on a treadmill for 30 mins 3 times a week with continued low carb diet. Once you're under 250lb start lifting and ramp up cardio for a year straight, congrats, you're now 180lbs.
