Prions occur with or without you ingesting protein, you know you have protein in your body and most prions form randomly

If you have healthy kidneys there is no limit to the protein you can consume:

I barely get 1-1.2g/kg, still managed to get okayish gains compared to my starting point of literally zero muscles (10inch arms to 14 inch arms). I might have gotten better and faster progress if I had 1.6g/kg but idc.

I'm just starting too and getting about 1g/kg. Can confirm you get noticeable gains. I suspect I'd have gotten gains at even lower amounts

Timespan of 2yrs btw. Also, my protein sources are only dairy, eggs and legumes and whey protein powder.

      100g.
      Fat rolls don't need protein.

This. If you're fat don't even fuck around counting your macros, you need to lose weight. Then as long as you're not retarded and make the conscious decision to eat food with protein in it then you'll be fine. Same goes for if you're skinny, except just eat more

      Fat rolls don't need protein.

      basically this.
unless you’re an elite turbo autist you don’t need as much as is advertised.
the amount of protein you need is a function of how much muscle you have RIGHT NOW. Your protein intake should slowly increase as you put on muscle mass, but if you’re dyel in the moment you need normie amounts of protein.

tl;dr just add a chicken breast to your normal daily diet

Is yoghurt really a good source of protein? 3 grams of protein per 100g isn't that good and calorie wise if you eat 2500 Kcal of yoghurt you only end up with like 60 grams of protein. Is it because of the fat content? Are fat free yoghurt the only ones worth it for protein?

3 grams per 100g? Bro what kind of yogurt is that. My Greek yogurt is around 6-9g per 100g

        >same protein count as milk
        No.
Skyr or Curds have 15g protein.

Damn these swedish supermarkets, they did this with quark as well where they had some shitty strawberry flavored BS with less than half the protein content of regular quark.

1 gram per pound of bodyfat is the tried and true ideal amount to shoot for. As long as you’re getting that or close to and your workout intensity is there, should have no problem putting on muscle.

Went from 160 to a healthy and lean 200 after about a year and a half of doing it that way.

Huh? So the leaner I am the less protein I need?

    It depends. Trust your senses.

Depends on what you eat. Different kinds of proteins and not many products that have them all in the proportions we need. If you eat eggs and dairy, you don't need much. If you eat onions, you need a shit ton of other foods to cover basic needs.

      Why onions specifically?
