Jogging is faster. But muscles are better long term because they make your body spend more calories just sitting down

diet, it’s a misconception that you’ll lose weight just from exercise. It helps you lose weight faster for sure, but you won’t make any significant progress unless you start cutting calories

How much food should I eat in a day? And don't want to count calories just give me and aproximte size like a half plate or something like that
I don’t know dude, you’d need to know your bodies maintenance level of calories and you can’t just say “half a plate” because different foods have different calorie levels. Half a plate of fried chicken is substantially more calorie-wise than half a plate of veggies and rice
