most people put all their weight on the sled. you're supposed to put your weight on the arm things like a leg lift and pull the sled up
i personally love it
I do these weighted sometimes but more because I hate them and they make me want to die. I think regular old crunches and Russian twists are a lot better for training core. I do dragon flags sometimes, too
running up hill
running up road
Planks
Blue ab wheel
Would not recommend blue for beginners though
Nice, old school stuff
Wtf is a blue ab wheel?
This, start with pink then work up your way to green and then blue.
I've been stuck on green since forever, finally did my first set of blue on monday
WAGMI
i still don't know how to use this thing with proper form.
Here you go
Yeah I know how to roll out red ones - obviously. Was asking about a blue one
Use your stomach, not your shoulders
Said core, not lats.
Not for beginners but great if you can do your basics. I see idiots fuck their back up too much with these.
I do red ab wheel, I want to be able to perform a dragon flag before this year ends
Literally anything that actually trains core and not predominantly the hip flexors
use a ghr and focus on abs its easy to not use the hip flexors. I've found it way easier to isolate abs than hanging leg raises.
Sex
hanging leg raises
alternatively hollow body leg raises without heels touching the ground
Cable crunches
Landmine twists
Toes to Bar fattie
anal rape at knifepoint
Why she has hard nipples here?

Good way to fuck up your lower back

AthleanX Gymnast Ab Tucks™
Hollow body crunches are the king of ab exercises
Dead bug, the stretch is unmatchable.
Deadlifts
I do these weighted sometimes but more because I hate them and they make me want to die. I think regular old crunches and Russian twists are a lot better for training core. I do dragon flags sometimes, too
weighted planks, heavy good mornings/ deadlifts. Doing crunches doesn't actually translate to any lift and just introduces more spinal stress.
