    Eat more and lift more weight, your chest will be fuller, i was in your shoes, eating more was the answer, also prioritize incline bench and over head press

    Do more incline negatives. Superset incline barbell with lighter high volume incline smith, this did WONDERS for my upper chest, I had the same issue since I have super wide shoulders and am naturally skinny. Do decline pushups with a weight on your back too if possible. Chest flies as a super set work great as well.

    If you are still doing any normal benchpress, completely replace it by incline benchpress.
    I find it more comfy, too.

        Theres no hate, it's still a good lift, just not for aesthetically building the chest. Incline is generally harder as well so its more rewarding to lift heavy onit

        It does but not as much as the other two I mentioned. You have to stabilize so much that you can't push as hard as necessary to get the most out of your upper chest

    Switching from barbell bench to dumbbell bench helped me. Incline was nice too. I was never a fan of flys but you could always try the pec deck or cable crossovers, I heard those help
