My recovery is so shit, it's ridiculous. I don't even work out that often, but even if I limit myself to once a week per muscle group, some of my joints and muscles are constantly achy, My wrists/forearms and shoulders especially can't seem to ever recover. I work pretty hard, but I don't feel like I'm overdoing it either. What can I do to speed up recovery significantly? I feel like I'm missing something, like maybe a nutrient.
