You've been dieting too long and you probably need more muscle.
I suggest that you gain 10 lbs on a bulk (SLOWLY: 1% per month, so it should take you about 30 weeks), then diet down 15 lbs.
Also buy a bodyfat caliper so that you don't accidentally go below 5% or something.

3s a little on the low side but not bad for a pure beginner. Eating 3000 cal daily at 135lbs is a terrible idea though because most of the gain will be fat. I'd do something more modest to and adjust based off a target of 1lb a week or so gained. Probably around 2600-2700 kcal maybe a little less for OP. Then raising when weight stalls. Worrying about numbers like 1234 is silly too imo. Just increase weight as you can, and reps when you can't. And focus on good controlled form that makes the target muscles burn. Ideally in the 6-20 rep range

I lift 5x a week and do cardio 3x a week. 6'2 200lbs. I bulk at 2700-2800. 3000 is great for putting on extra fat though.
I actually do have some muscle. When I compare myself to non-obese normie men who don't seem to lift, I definitely have overall bigger arms (even with the excess fat in their arms).
I also have pecs, and visible upper and middle abs.

Im 5'9'' 125-135lbs but I train for 10k. I have 3 lifting sessions, 2-3 short hiit sessions, 5-6 running sessions per week. Also, didnt started last week, ive been on this for years. There was periods that I was doing 15h+ hours per week.

Seriously do it just for a month, you will shrink. Yeah you might lose a bit of muscle and strength but you can build that after you reached your goal frame. After a month of keto go back to your regular eating.
One thing for sure though is that if you eat industrial sugar, remove it completely. Also never allow yourself to go over your regular calories intake. Like don't do 1500/day for a week then do a 'cheat day' and go 2500, this is EXACTLY what will give you love handles. Love handles are the result of seed oils, sugar and eating a large percentage of calories above over your ''maintenance''.

Right now, I eat a high protein (targeting at least a gram per lb. of bodyweight), low fat (especially low saturated fat) diet, with the rest being carbs and fiber. No alcohol. The kind of diet bodybuilders in the 60s and 70s would run--not the kind smelly ketolards do.
