Dieting will make you infertile. It’s population control. Same with steroid use. Don’t be a retard.
Well then how the fuck do I lose weight? My wife thinks it's because I'm fasting and on my "off" days I eat about 500kcals and feel full now. But my dick stopped working and I don't even want to masturbate anymore.
My whole life I've thought ED is something that "could never happen to me" and yet here I am, very confused.
Dude your hormones are crashing because you're not eating anything. The anon who told you it's population control is trolling you. Work up to eating a normal amount again and the ED goes away
Very, very interesting. So instead of 500kcal every 3 days I'll try just 500kcal per day and mix up what I eat like:

>Avoid meeting your calories requirements with junk food
This is also a problem for me. I appreciate the advice. I'll try eating daily and see if it comes back. Good to know it's not permanent or anything I think.
Start with 500 and increase it over time to normal calories. As you add food back in you'll be healthier. Staying at 500 a day indefinitely is going to kill you anon
Definitely a positive. Once you have it it's easy to maintain as long as you still keep on top of your goals
I basically laid in bed while working for years so my metabolism was abysmal. 1 meal per day at 1500-2000 calories still caused me to gain a lot of weight, probably also from lack of sleep.
Anyway I'm going to slowly increase calories per day to a reasonable level I guess and try to consume all fast food.
This whole thread has been helpful.
500 is too low mf
Eat at least 1500 if you dont workout
I've started doing 5 sets of 10 reps of a sitting dumbbell bench press and a stationary bike for 30 minutes every day in addition to the fasting. Hoping this keeps my metabolism up somewhat....
Fast for 18 hours and eat 2000 and keep the exercise you are going to be fine
I work from home and know I'm not going to the gym, but a set of dumbbells and a stationary bike was easy enough to obtain and use while working. Thanks!
You're supposed to eat maintenance on refeed days
Lol no dude something is definitely wrong with you. I guarantee when you get checked they're going to tell you it's in your head too. It's really gonna be in her head though because she's going to think it's because of her lol.
Fasting for as long as you did can permanently imbalance your hormones. Did you seriously listen to the screaming canadian guy? Bwahahahahah
Your body thinks you are starving to death it's shutting down any unnecessary processes in a desperate attempt to keep you alive.
tl,dr starvation mode is real
You're malnourishing yourself probably, eat more varied meals and avoid meeting your calories requirements with junk food
If you want an accurate reason go get bloodwork done with your primary care physician

No shit Sherlock
>>Lost 1/4 my body weight in a month thanks to fasting
nigga wot.
Lmao
Fasting fucks with your hormones. Good luck.
On a positive note, I don't cry anymore. I used to cry like almost daily and I'm nearly 30. I cried when my wife and I fought, when watching a sad movie, when listening to something nostalgic, etc.
All gone. I feel so much more control over my emotions now it's fantastic. I want to keep this part...
Of course you dont mf, fasting is making your mind strong but with 500 you are going to fucking die
>I feel so much more control over my emotions now it's fantastic.
are you in control of your emotions or are you apathetic? vitamin deficiency can cause the latter
I don't know. I still feel very upset over the same things, but my body isn't crying and I can feel myself getting over it quicker. I definitely prefer this to what I had before though, no question.
It might also just be because I'm in better physical shape than I was before though. I'm not eating straight junk all the time and doing some cardio. Maybe it's entirely due to that.
hormones are made from dietary cholesterol. check out the picture: cholesterol on the top left, testosterone and estrogen on the bottom
