    Stop eating food and workout everyday.

    You'll lose 0.56 pounds every day you don't eat food.

    Combine that with whatever you burn working out and the fat will melt off.

    Just have some fucking will power for a few months and it will change your life.

        Not him but just do light weight. Also when I fasted I ate once every 24 hours. If I didn't exercise I lost a pound a day, if I exercised (do some cardio instead of lifting weights) I lost a pound and a half, everyday consistently.

        Just don't have a nice day working out. Maintain. Run/Walk/Row/Bike for 30 minutes.

        Try doing like as many pushups / situps / squats / lunges / jumping jacks / etc. as well.

          On any weight loss program or methodology you WILL lose some muscle mass. You need to accept this. You can maintain your strength by training and dieting properly. Cut the goyslop, try fasting, or shut the fuck up

    Don't try to rush the process too much. If you want to maintain/gain muscle mass while cutting down, aim to lose 0.5%-1% of your body weight per week.

    As for how to do it:
    >Eat protein - 1g/your height in cm, per day
    >progressive resistance training - pick a good routine and stick with it
    >caloric deficit ~500 cals/day

    If you're serious about doing it as fast as possible, then use an app to keep track of calories, and stay consistent

    Make sure you are getting enough protein (.7-1g per lbs of body weight)

    I walk 25 miles/day with a 80 lbs pack for 1-2 months in summer/autumn. Usually I loose 20-30lbs while still eating close to 3000 kcal.
