high volume cable wrist curls, start of motion is holding the bar with ur fingertips, almost falling off. dont really bother with anything else at gym since this gives me best mind connection and sick burn. at home i have a small plate tied to a string and a stick of wood, roll the string onto the wood and its a good forearm workout to do at home when bored. imo forearms are like calves and need huge volume to grow.
when doing cable curls u want to be rolling the bar from ur finger tips into a full grip then forearm curl, roll the bar back down to ur fingertips until u almost drop it and repeat for every rep. low weight high volume. u might drop it a few times at the start but it’ll be natural after u get the hang of it.

what kind of volume are we talking, been getting results with 5x10 wrist curls and 5x30 second heavy bb holds. Is that enough you think or should I step it up?
The string and wood thing is a good idea been meaning to get one of those set up too

not a bad idea to do until failure sets, low volume does nothing for forearms. they should be burning at the end of every set. exercise not important as long as u get that. its gonna be painful but worth it.
I look better but I’m still pretty weak despite my efforts. Tried to increase OHP by ONE kg today and just couldn’t seem to do it. Will try next week see if it works
Bench: 72.5kg 3x5
OHP: 42.5kg 3x5
Bent over row: 85kg 3x5
Deadlift: 100kg 3x5
Zercher: 80kg 3x5

not that gay but can I ask what you do for forearms? I train them 4 times a week and they're definilty growing but how do I get those popeye forearms

I look better by every measure compared to before i started lifting yet i unironically am unhappier.
