Lets say you're doing a 3x12 on lat pulldowns. How many reps into each set does it start to actually feel hard, assuming you have 0 reps in reserve at the end of the set?
Also how does this vary for you based on the exercise? I've found with pulldowns it starts getting hard for me after the 6th or so rep.
