Keto or carnivore?
balanced cico with no processed food
Gandalf would’ve kicked that bro’s ass
And I agree just watch calories and macros
You gotta have carbs, protein, vitamins, and minerals. Quit being retarded. Don't complicate things with this shit
But IST told me I don't need carb but fat.
Only someone who has not experienced ketosis or is delusional about it thinks ketosis is a good way to run your body.
its all about calories, otherwise just eat 4k calories of butter per day since its keto and come back and show us the results
most of these diets are popular because its an easy excuse to fatsos to keep eating shit while lying to themselves about being on a diet, after they gain weight they will just blame genetics for being fat
You wouldn't blame a screwdriver if someone stuck it up their urethra, keto is a tool and it's great for shedding fat but you need a normal sustainable CICO focused diet to keep the weight off. Cope.
I am not saying that keto is useless. Few people make it work because as you said yourself they take calories into account. The majority of people that I've seen do keto end up being even fatter because they just overeat anyway.
I haven't been doing keto because it's too micro-manage-y
But doing low-carb (sub 40g/day) and inadvertently doing keto some days, I just like muh meats, cheeses, sauces, and veggies.
Bloodwork comes out fine.
Was 241 in April 21st, 197 this morning.
I just tug on resistance bands for strength training and go on 10-15k steps a day for cardio.
Sleep's better, energy levels are better, mood's better.
And I don't have cheat days because meat, cheese, sauce, and veggies are delicious.
>Bloodwork comes out fine.
Weight loss improves blood stats regardless of diet.
I mean I had lose weight much more rapidly than recommended and got my bloodwork done to make sure I'm not depriving myself of anything on the diet.
Nothing I said is incorrect what is your point
low carb improves blood work more than low fat with the same weight loss
carnivore and paleo are meme diets, keto is very easy to follow just eat less than 50g of carbs and make sure to eat mostly healthy fats
Is it not 20 though
Really depends on you tbf, no harm in experimenting to find the sweet spot. It's obviously not a lifelong diet so you can take your time and go keto if and when you need it once you know how your body works.
Not true, it's 10/10 for studying, ketosis is based
>Not true, it's 10/10 for studying, ketosis is based
>for this one particular extremely narrow and small part of life, eating 70% of your diet as fat is good
20 is for pussy DYELs.
Judging by how many bait threads you've made in the last 2 days: friends and a job.
None of these diets allows me to eat the humble potato so they are automatically shit fad diets to me.
I lost 50 pounds of fat just by eating beef and vegetables every day. That being said, you need carbs if you‘re going to do intense exercise. Once I began to do 2+ hours of exercise a day it became impossible to do on that diet. You need to eat carbs at some point.
You lost 50 pounds by eating at a calorie deficit
Only run no carb for a short time (ideally in combination with some fasting) to drop weight quick or to reset insulin sensitivity.
Long term run a healthy balanced diet with minimal processed food and don't go overboard on red meat if your older than your early 20s and done growing.
>Spanish Ketogenic Mediterranean Diet
It's keto but it doesn't give you coronary artery disease by age 40.
Why cant people accept that eating everything, from carbs to fats and protein while maintaning a good amount of calories consumed per day is the healthiest and most beneficail
Because carbcucks can't admit that carbs are a poor value for your calories.
Meat tastes better than carbs and also provides you with better nutes.
