I've just started lifting this week and had really bad DOMS (I presume that's what it is based on looking it up), after my Wednesday session it was impossible to hold my arms straight, they were stuck at a 135 degree angle between my upper arm and forearm. Also the muscles above and below the inside of my elbow were really swollen. day after I managed to get them straight with lots of stretching, and the swelling went down a bit but my right arm is still noticeably more swollen compared to my left.
