Assuming your technique is fine, the soreness and pain will lessen over time. Consistency is key. Keep grinding
Groin pain is your hip flexors, it's not soreness and you shouldn't ignore it. Give them a break and stop squatting heavy for a little while. Try doing sets of 12 with a really narrow stance. Seems to be a little easier on them.
